Thank you for purchasing a Tax Audit Agreement.  We sent an email message to the email address entered into the Tax Audit Agreement Questionnaire.  This message contains all of the information entered into the Questionnaire for your review.  If you don’t see the email message in your inbox check your spam folder.

Check the email message to see if there is anything you want to change.  If so, reply to the message and tell us what you want to change.

We will prepare the Tax Audit Agreement within five business days and do one of the following:

  • Send an email message to the contact person that contains an Adobe pdf file of the Tax Audit Agreement.  The contact must then arrange for everybody to sign it.
  • If you purchased the digital signature option for an additional $97, we will have DocuSign send an email message to all the owners / members for them to digitally sign the Tax Audit Agreement.  When everybody signs the agreement DocuSign will send the fully signed agreement to all of the owners / members.
